Amy is an Ohio native who moved back to the Toledo area in 2009 from Pennsylvania. Before moving to Toledo, she attended such dog training classes as: Obedience, Agility, Puppy, Tricks & Rally-O. She owns 2 delightful Dobermans, Ace & Haley who she continues training with. 
Personal Statement: My interest in dog training started about 15 years ago with my first Doberman, Jessie. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with various trainers and learned valuable techniques from each. I learned of the benefits of positive reinforcement training when working with my second Doberman, Sonya, who came from a rescue.
After years of unsuccessful training following other methods, I introduced her to clicker training and she responded immediately! We were able to work through many training issues that had seemed impossible before focusing on positive reinforcement.
 I currently own two Dobermans, Ace and Haley, and am seeing the benefits of early socialization and continued training with them.
